This ambitious project comprised the financing, design, construction, rolling stock supply, operation and maintenance of 34.5km of underground railway and 35 underground stations in Lima, Peru.

 Linea 2 connects the eastern districts of Ate and Santa Anita with the city centre and Callao. The Authority’s reference construction cost is circa $4.5 billion.

Infrata's role:

Infrata was commissioned to serve as Lenders’ Technical Advisor from the bid stage.

This was our first PPP project in Latin America. Since then, our portfolio in the region has grown significantly, owing to the tenacity and judgement of our consultants, and our ability to work in native Spanish.
