This DBFOM project spans 32km of highway connecting the Port of Buenaventura with the industrial zone in the Valley of the Cauca. It involves the construction of more than 11km of tunnelling and 46 structures.
Challenges included complex access, and social restrictions relating to the presence of indigenous communities.
