Lanaken School, Bélgica

The non-profit organisation School Community Lanaken (SGL) procured a DBFM project to build a new building to consolidate in one location educational offer of three schools which are part of Pyxiscollege group. This campus will accommodate 1,100 students in a total floor area of approximately 12,500 m2 spread across four levels above the ground and an underground level. The project includes a 30-year Availability Phase, in which the Contractor is required to maintain the asset and undertake repair works when necessary.
