The Project is mainly located at the northern entrance of the capital city Bogotá. The 18km long PPP Project will improve the road infrastructure to the north, facilitating the entrance and exit to and from Bogotá, reducing time travel of inhabitants of Bogotá and surrounding municipalities of Chía, Cajicá, Zipaquirá and Sopó. The Project SoW also includes the construction of a bypass in Sopó (5.5km existing and 1.7km new road).
Intrata has been appointed as the Lenders´ Technical Advisor (“LTA”) to the prospective Lenders to the Accesos Norte II Project (“the Project”), to carry out the technical, social and environmental due diligence on the Concessionaire’s and EPC Contractor´s proposals prior to Financial Close. Once Financial Close is reached, Infrata will also be the LTA for the Construction and Operation and Maintenance stage.
