Miami-Dade County’s Internal Services Department has launched an availability-based DBFOM project to replace the current facility. The new courthouse will consist of approximately 600,000 square foot area with 46 courtrooms (ability to expand to 50), food service areas for courthouse employees and visitors, 90 secured parking spaces and an integrated technology system.
Infrata was appointed as LTA for conducting due diligence services.
