The DBFOM of an existing toll road, located across the Sucre, Bolívar and Atlántico departments. The scope of works consists of the improvement of 189km and new construction of a 6.5km single-lane bypass. It further includes the maintenance of the total length of the toll road. The project’s CapEx value is $163 million.
