Lisbon hospital, Portugal

The Hospital Lisboa Oriental project comprises the design, build, finance, operation (excluding medical services) and maintenance of a 875-bed public hospital in the city of Lisbon, with a contract term of 30 years. The facilities will be divided into three plots, one with a the hospital building, the second with a mental health and rehabilitation building and the last being a university building with a nursery. The concessionaire of the hospital would also have recourse to any revenue generated through provision of car parking and any ancillary services.
