Our ESG team has reviewed the applicability and feasibility of reporting against the SFDR PAI indicators, undertook an EU Taxonomy assessment and Equator Principles (EP) categorisation, and identified and assessed the Project’s environmental and social risks more generally. An ESG Action Plan was produced to achieve alignment with the Taxonomy and EPs. Our Technical team will continue to provide monitoring services on behalf of Lenders throughout the construction and maintenance phases.
