This $117 million Project consists of an investment program in existing infrastructure that includes lengths of 260km and 193km for Circuit 1 and Circuit 2 respectively. The objective of the project is to improve traffic within the region by reducing travel time and therefore the cost of travel as well as reducing the frequency of accidents.
