The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) engaged a Consortium including Infrata Ltd to provide technical, traffic and environmental advice for the the granting of a concession right over the Attica Motorway for a time period up to 25 years after the expiration of the concession agreement dated 23 May 1996.
We provided Demand and Traffic advisory services for the vendor.
