The Project consists of the design, demolition, construction, equipment, operation, maintenance, and financing of the "New Prosecutor's Office of Cali" Project. The project is part of the Urban Renewal Partial Plan, which seeks to promote the efficient use of infrastructure, generating new public spaces in the city’s downtown.
Infrata undertook Due Diligence on behalf of the Lenders of the project and will continue throughout the construction and operational phase.
