The South Niagara Hospital P3 project involves the design, build, finance and maintenance of a 469 inpatient bed hospital and associated services and facilities for a 30-year concession period post construction. The hospital will provide centres of excellence specialising in stroke, complex care, geriatric/psychogeriatrics and wellness in ages, as well as a 24/7 Emergency Department.
