The project involves the upgrade of the existing RN79 road, also known as RCEA, to a dual carriageway 2x2 lane toll motorway for an overall length of 92km, between the communes of Montmarault (in the department of Allier) and Digoin (in the department of Saône-et-Loire), in central France.
