Michiel Adriaanszoon de Ruyterkazerne (MARKAZ) Barracks PPP, NED, Países Bajos

The Netherlands’ Central Government Real Estate Agency plans to procure a new naval barracks PPP. The 25-year availability-based contract will involve the DBFOM of military accommodation facilities in the outer harbour of Vlissingen. The facilities – which will accommodate some 3000 Marines – will cover a total area of 180,000 metres squared, of which 80,000 metres squared will be outside areas. The project will include the construction of office spaces, weapon storage areas, sports facilities, shooting ranges, a helipad, parking spaces and medical buildings.
