The Concession involved upgrading and maintenance of the 103.4 km Concepcion-Cabrero highway stretched east-west between the province of Concepcion and the province of Nuble. The highway consists of two sections: (i) a section of 72.3 km of bi-directional dual lane roadway between the east access to Concepcion Bonilla and Cabrero along the Route 146; and (ii) a section between of 31.1 km of bi-directional single lane roadway between Cabrero and Cholgaun along the Route O-97-N. This project is currently in the Exploitation Period. Infrata provided technical and traffic due diligence (DD) services at the binding offer stage of the transaction.
