The dualling of the A465 trunk road between Hirwaun and Dowlais Top is the first road scheme being delivered through the Welsh Government’s innovative Mutual Investment Model. This road development consists of widening three lanes to dual carriageway between Dowlais Top and Hirwaun in south Wales.
