This transaction involved the acquisition of the Circuito 3 (Ruta 14), a 292km key road corridor in Uruguay. The road connects with the Argentinian border and is strategically located near one of Uruguay's most important ports, the Port of Fray Bentos.

In 2022, we worked on behalf of the Sponsor as technical, traffic and ESG advisor. We undertook an in depth anaylisis of teh O&M and lifecycle strategy, searching for benchmarking of the CAPEX and OPEX, provided traffic forecasts, and ensured compliance with Colombian standards and regulations.
