The project involved the acquisition of the Nakkas – Basaksehir Motorway, which is currently under construction and will become the 8th section of the 400km Northern Marmara Highway, which connects the Asian and European regions of Istanbul. This portion of road will function as a 29km toll road of which 5km are connecting roads and involves the development of a cable stayed bridge connecting Bahçeşehir and Olmpiyat.

We worked on behalf of the Sponsor as technical advisor to review all design and contractual aspects of the project, as well as providing validation of the construction price and construction schedule. The team also reviewed the proposed O&M contractors lifecycle model, and toll collection mechanisms.
