The A63 will link Salles to Saint-Geours-de-Maremne (Landes) in south-western France along a 104 kilometre highway. The DBFOM project involved enlarging the 102km road from two to three lanes and operating it under a 40-year concession.
Infrata's Role
Having delivered Lenders’ Technical Advisory services on the A63 project since 2011, including during the refinancing in 2015, Infrata engaged to undertake a review of the re-baselined pavement lifecycle renewals plan on behalf of the Concessionaire. This work involved opining on the completeness of the pavement lifecycle strategy, assessment of any O&M constraints and identification of potential upside for the remaining years’ operations.
