This high-profile toll road encompasses the DBFOM of 2 new managed lanes and the reconstruction of 2 general purpose lanes in each direction, along a 7-mile stretch of the I-35W. It further includes the design and installation of an intelligent transportation system (ITS) and tolling system. O&M will be carried out on this project alongside the adjacent Segments 3A and 3B.
