This project entails the build, financing, maintenance and operations of an existing 179.1km section of the Route 21-24 highway in Uruguay. It includes the construction of a new 8.8km bypass (linking Ruta 21 with the port area), and the rehabilitation of Ruta 21 (76km) and Ruta 24 (49.3km). The project involves the construction of a new bridge, and improvement of numerous existing structures.
