Prior to joining Infrata, Barbara was involved as bid manager in multiple rail, highway, bridge and tunnel projects. Barbara has participated in over 20 RFPs and 30 RFQs for DBFOM, DBFM and DBF projects in North America and also facilitated the Lenders’ Technical Advisor due diligence in 40 deals. Barbara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked extensively as part of bidding teams on multibillion P3 infrastructure projects and will be a valuable asset to our team.
