The design, construction, financing and maintenance of a 21km stretch of widened carriageway between Diement and Almere Havendreef, in the Netherlands. The overall concession length is 25 years, excluding construction.

We acted as the Lenders’ Technical Advisor through financial close, and into the construction monitoring phase. Our team also worked on the refinancing of the project, which occurred during the construction stages.
