The A8 II project is the first of the second wave of PPP concessions on German roads. It comprises a 48km highway reconstruction, and a widening of existing motorways.
Infrata's Role
Out team provided due diligence services for the first offer submission in 2009, the BAFO submission in 2010, and for financial close in 2011. Since Financial Close we have undertaken construction and operations monitoring and was also engaged for the successful refinancing of the project in 2016.
