Supporting the structuring of a performance based management contract for major upgrades designed to increase capacity at the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. A significant scope of the project involved the construction of twin data centres and the fiber distribution network to process the on site functions including EVDS , FIDS, CLOCKS, IPV,CCTV, and storage of all data.

We reviewed the construction contract documents and technical specifications for the design and O&M. Requirements included availability requirements for power distribution, SCADA, ethernet networks, and, electrical distribution. We provided technical due diligence reports and ongoing advisory as part of its mandate.
