The DBFOM Project consists of 3 telecom projects in Peru, enabling the deployment of a broadband network to connect the capital districts to 942 rural areas. The scope consists of 5,598km of high speed fiber optic in the central and southern part of the country financed across three agreements with node buildout to remote locations.
Infrata's Role
We were engaged during the bid to advise the lenders on the risks of project implementation. Reviewed the technical proposals for each contract including design, construction, installation, operations and maintenance. We also monitored the construction progress and certified disbursements during the 20 month construction phase.
