The Project involves the development of three schools: Sint-Victor Turnhout, Sint-Laurens + KISP Zelzate, and Styrka Gent. With a projected capacity of approximately 2,168 pupils in total, the new buildings vary from 2 to 4 levels and between 6,765 and 8,274 m2. Following completion of the works, the Contractor will be remunerated during a 30-year Availability Phase.
