The DIF Portfolio involved the acquisition of three PPP road assets all under operational phase. These assets include the M50, a 40km bypass around Dublin and two demand-based toll concessions; The Eurolink M3, a 50km section of motorway linking Dublin to the Northwest region of Ireland and the Eurolink M4, a 37km section of motorway linking Dublin to the Western region of Ireland.
