The improvement project is designed to improve traffic flow and enhance access to properties and businesses along the corridor. The current traffic of 150,000 vehicles a day is projected to reach 250,000 by 2030. The project involves the design and rebuild of the general purpose lanes, the addition of tolled express lanes, the replacement of an existing bridge, and lowering sections below grade.

We provided Lenders’ Technical Advisory services up to bid submission. Furthermore, our consultants were engaged by John Laing, an equity partner within the Front Range Mobility Group consortium during the tender stage of this project to provide an independent review of the Sponsor’s lifecycle strategy.
