The ITR is a bi-directional, primarily two-lane toll road, three lanes in places, which runs for 157 miles east to west in Northern Indiana.  It connects the border line with Illinois to the border line with Ohio in the east.  The Project has an overall Concession duration of 75 years from 2006.
