The Northwest Parkway is part of the Denver Beltway in Colorado, US. It is a 14km dual two lane highway with three major interchanges, four ramp plazas and four mainline toll plazas and opened to traffic in November 2003 having been developed by the Northwest Parkway Public Highway Authority. In 2007, Northwest Parkway LLC entered into 99-year Concession & Lease agreement. In 2017 a consortium comprising Northleaf Capital, InfraRed and DIF acquired the asset.
