This project involves the sale of 2 motorways, Fermoy (€355 million) and Limerick (€676 million). Fermoy is a 30-year concession for 18km of toll road, including a 450m river crossing viaduct. Similarly, Limerick is a 35-year concession, which includes a 900m tunnel under the River Shannon. It forms part of the larger M7 motorway, connecting Dublin to Limerick.
