The project encompasses the construction, rehabilitation, and operations and maintenance of a network of 491km of tolled roads located in the States of Antioquia, Cordoba, Bolivar, and Sucre. It connects the manufacturing and commercial regions in central Colombia to the country's northern coast, which serves as a hub to several ports.

Building on our success in advising InfraRed Capital Partners on its first asset in Colombia (the acquisition of the Perimetral de Oriente de Cundinamarca 4G Concession), to deliver similar services on the 50% sale of the Antioquia – Bolivar 4G Concession in the Country’s north.
