This project involved the design, construction, financing and maintenance of a new prison with a capacity of 440 places, located near the Blue Gate eco-industrial park, near the Antwerp Courthouse. The duration of the works is expected to be approximately 2.5 years and the SPV will be remunerated during a 25-year availability phase.
