The Lakeshore East-Central Corridor Expansion Project is a Build-Finance (BF) Project designed to expand infrastructure for the Regional Express Rail (“RER”) Program. The Project consists of multiple individual sub-projects across the Lakeshore East corridor including the construction of one (1) road-under-rail grade separation at Morningside Avenue, temporary and permanent relocation of existing municipal and third party utility infrastructure, extension and rehabilitation of existing culverts, temporary road and track diversions, and the grading works for a new third track between Galloway Road and Beechgrove Drive including grading, drainage and retaining walls.
