We provided technical advisory services to the bidding Consortia. Services involved advising equity members on their risk exposure to lifecycle and rehabilitation responsibilities. We undertook a thorough review of designs, scope interfaces, BoQ costs, warranty provisions, organizational charts, and draft contracts to provide third party assurance of operational risks pertaining to fixed infrastructure, guideway and site conditions. On the basis of its review, we developed independent cost curves and related O&M plan to support its different costing
