This project encompasses the DBFOM of a new consolidated rental car facility.(ConRAC) at Los Angeles International Airport for a 28-year period from financial close. This P3 availability-based project is part of the Airports Land side Access Modernisation Program (LAMP). Substantial completion will be achieved in 2023.
