The project consists of a desalination plant to provide treated water to the company's mining operations in Antofagasta. The project will serve phase II of the Radomiro Tomic sulphides mine and concentrator facility by means of a 160km pipeline and five pumping stations. The contract will be developed through a BOOT (Build-Own-Operate-Transfer) business model.
