At bid phase, we conducted full technical, traffic and revenue due diligence for the successful consortium’s lenders. Our technical assessment included an in-depth review of the site’s geotechnical conditions, the consortium’s construction plan, and its ability to operate and maintain the asset.
The traffic and revenue analysis involved a traffic forecast for Brussels Airport, a surface access model, and a corresponding revenue projection.
Our team was retained as traffic, revenue, and technical monitoring advisor throughout the four-year construction phase. During this time, we undertook regular reports and site visits on behalf of the project’s lenders. We have since served as operations monitor.
